You also need to choose the right type of paper, from glossy papers to metallic style papers through to matte options. You have many types to choose from, and making sure it matches the theme of the message. Glossy paper would probably look off if you were to use it for marketing a serious message.

By the same token, matte paper might be a bit too weak in terms of the shine if you want to promote a sale or something similar.
